TERMS OF CANCELLATION

There will be no cancellation on products ordered during a “promotional sale”

  1. Cancellation procedure

    A customer is permitted to fully or partially cancel orders prior to its dispatch from Hatty Naturals.

    Upon successfully placing an order on the Platform and after Hatty Naturals has successfully handed over the Product(s) to its Logistic Partner (as defined in the Delivery Policy), the customer will receive a unique tracking identity number, which will enable the customer in tracking the status of delivery of the purchased Products.

    Prior to the dispatch of the purchased Products, if the customer decides to cancel the purchase, the customer can do so by requesting Hatty Naturals to process a cancellation by directly contacting our Customer Care Department via call or WhatsApp (Mobile no: 70109 88480). It is essential to provide order details, including the order number, to facilitate a smooth cancellation procedure.

    Except for returns to Hatty Naturals Wallet, all refunds are subject to the appropriate charges (2.5% of the invoiced amount) for payment gateways' payment processing fees.

    If the payment is made using any EMI option/financial third-party assistance (credit cards or EMI cards) while ordering, the refund charge may alter based on related processing costs (if any) from third parties, which will be deducted from the invoiced amount during refund.

  2. Cancellation after dispatch.
    • We, Hatty Naturals, do not accept post-dispatch cancellation of orders unless it comes under any extenuating circumstances such as natural disasters, medical emergencies, or other unforeseen events, which we will assess cancellations on a case-by-case basis to ensure fairness and customer satisfaction.
